When
the ladies of the Lakes of Delray Knitting Club, directed by Ellen MInsuk,
heard about the personal care packages being sent to Iraq and Afghanistan by
the Broward County Florida Council Navy League, they decided to pick up their
knitting needles and get involved. To date, they have lovingly completed
approximately 4 dozen scarves which have been mailed to Marines and Sailors of
Broward County, Fl Council adopted units in the hope that they will keep
our young heroes warm and will remind them that there are those of us, back at
home, who truly appreciate all that they do in the name of freedom. If you
