A.C.T. Janitorial Services Company was founded by Erwin Sefton in 1977 as a four person residential maid service. Since that time, A.C.T. has grown into a large full service commercial janitorial company employing over 150 trained cleaners.
    Robert Marks, a CPA, joined the company in 1984 as a co-owner. Today, A.C.T. provides janitorial maintenance services to over 160 condominium and homeowners associations of all sizes located in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
    The mission of A.C.T. is to provide customized janitorial programs and products for its customers with a can-do emphasis on quality, reliability, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness.
